Hmm we definately need a discussion on the German factions themselves to get a better idea of what they are. German allies is a too general thing, you could also be discussing Italians and Japanese then, or Bulgerians

To drag this thread kicking and screaming back into the topic...who exactly would white-russian tzarists be fighting for? Afterall, the romanov family was gunned down to stop any future supporters of the Tsar from causing problems - afterall, you cant fight to reinstate a royal family if it doesnt exist anymore.
That is, of course, assuming *all* the Romanov's were killed by the bolsheviks...

The Russian Civil War was fought between those loyal to the Romanovs and the concept of a Tsarist Russia against the communists. There would have been many Russian nobles and servants of the Romanovs who would have fled from the Soviets, either siding with the Germans or fleeing to the UK/US and remain there.

Aside from that there were some Romanovs left not to mention vasrious nobility and the like. Many of whom as Malika mentioned had e,migrated and could be used as figureheads.
