The Krieghexen or ‘war-witches’ are the sorcerer-soldiers of Sonderkommando-H. Trained extensively in the black arts by the dread Zauberer-SS, these men have become tainted by the dark powers they now call their own. A Krieghex can command the elements, can defile the flesh and soul of his fellow man, and can twist the perception of those around him causing an assortment of illusions and disorientation.

The American forces in the Occult book have gone to the darker side and are going all out to win the Occult Wars. Darkness is sometimes the only way to fight darkness. The incarnation of feral gluttony, the wendigo is a terrifying sight to behold. Animalistic, emaciated and wholly loathsome, these horrible spirits take shape at the behest of the most powerful of medicine men. Calling forth these creatures, they roam the battlefield, slating their thirst for human flesh; a thirst that can never be quenched.

As Weird War Wednesday was missed we thought we should give you a very special "Thule Thursday". This is the art for the Reichsritter also known as the SS Knights. In the game these guys travel in pairs and are equipped with StG45's. The Order of the Death’s Head is envisioned as a new knightly order patterned after the Knights Templar and Teutonic Knights of Germany’s past. Himmler envisions these warriors as the new nobility of the Reich, the masters of the masters. In battle, the Reichsritter are equipped with weapons crafted from vril and engraved with potent runes of strength and valor. They wear armor crafted from the fantastic alloy to guard them, conferring a protection beyond the merely mundane. The magnificent chargers they ride are selected from the finest stock in Europe, their vigor and endurance further heightened by the sorcery of the Kireghexen.

SS DraugrOne of the most obscene creations of Sonderkommando-H are the wraithlike entities known as draugr. Named for the barrow-haunting undead of Nordic legend, the draugr are the enslaved spirits of fallen soldiers, called back from the grave to fight again. These specters appear as wispy, skeletal apparitions, their tattered uniforms fluttering about their gaunt limbs, their rusting helmets corroding into their phantom skulls.

SS Hellhost:These fiends delight in torturing their victims and spare no effort to ensure their victims suffer greatly before they die. Hell-hosts also take a sardonic delight in maintaining the uniform and regalia of their mortal associates, finding grim humor in reminding the men serving beside them that they march beneath the same banner and obey the same masters. Like hell-hounds, hell-hosts are dangerous to field, always looking for loop-holes in their orders that will allow them to inflict the greatest amount of havoc, caring not at all what nationality they strike at.

Fresh off the presses, here we have our studio painted Golem! The secrets of creating the golem were secreted out of Prague by Jewish mystics as the German occupation began. Now held by the Order of Zohar, golems are created by the MoAA and their operatives trained in their control. The golem is a powerful and nearly unstoppable supernatural creation that plods its way across the battlefield, providing cover and distraction for MoAA operatives. When it reaches its enemies, they are torn limb from limb by the silent beast of clay.

Its a Dark day here in Washington so to fit the mood here is the Concept art for the SS Vampire. It was not until 1941 when Ahnenerbe agents uncovered the hidden crypt of a vampire in France that the hunt was successful. Entombed beneath Bayeux Cathedral following its destruction, the vampire... Read More’s coffin was disinterred and shipped back to Wewelsburg. There, the sorcerers of the Schwarze Sonne worked for many months to restore ‘life’ to the ancient horror. On the night of April 30th, 1942, their efforts succeeded. In the bleak hours of Walpurgis Night, the black magic of the sorcerers revived the undead creature and a new, hideous weapon was added to the arsenal of the SS. The heads on the side are the concepts for the other two heads that will be in the final blister. You will also get at least one other hand set. See you at Gen Con, Robert
