I think for me it would either need to be a completed British list, or it would need to be another Axis army. As said there are 3 Allies and only 1 Axis, though I suspect that at some point the Allies and Russia may have more than one bust up over acquiring things from the Germans.

The SS and ROA are both Axis and things are not the best between the USA and the Soviet Union. You will see a bit of Blue on Blue fighting.

Yeah, I think you'll see some interesting stuff go down with the Soviets and their puppet states in the Orient.
As for the Axis, both the ROA and SS are seperate forces from the SD, so there really are three Axis forces already. We do have intentions to cover several other Axis nations down the road, in varying degrees of detail.

True, at the time I was talking more about actual nations than the army lists, cause presumably the SS and ROA will be followed with lists from the MoAA and OORD as well as whatever Soviet Russia come up with, so then it'll be like 6 - 3 to the allies for lists.
I think a bit of blue on blue fighting might be interesting as well, would be interesting if international relations between Soviet Russia and Britain & America crumbled slightly.

The MoAA and OORD play well (for the most part) with ARPA and the Commonwealth Army though, the SD/SS/ROA do not. So it really is more like 3 separate Axis factions and 3 Allies (sovs, Amis, Brits).

The OORD and MoAA aren't designed as functioning armies in their own right: they need to operate with conventional forces. The SS is entirely different and is more like its own beast than an adjutant to conventional German forces.
The ROA should be viewed even moreso as a seperate Axis power. They are vastly more independent than the historical Russian Liberation Army.

I'd love to see the Italians! Then I can finally represent my heritage! Though before any of that I want to see all the Occult minis out

We hit a small bump in the road but miniatures will get back on target and you should see some releases by the end of the month.

I really want to see next the Japanese, with kamikaze boys, samourai -officers and some ninja-assassin. They had a very cool small mortar, sounds good for a regular choice !

They were properly a 'grenade discharger' but because of the shape Marines started calling them 'knee mortars'.

Im all for Finns over Italians but mostly because Ive read a little about Winter War. However the Italians are probably the better choice as you can use the core models for either side of the Italian forces, Axis and Allies. And a Roman Legionnaire Draguar would make a sweet con only model.
