It would be the one sculpt I thought was boring you decided looked British! My favorite is the RT-4, since you can see how it has evolved from a tank chassis into a walking design. Personally I think they're great, and would go well with the Japanese's near-legendary prowess at traversing terrain any other army would deem impassable, but do legged tanks fall under the label of 'Mecha'?

Cool ideas but Matt likes mech like I like zombies. Besides if we come to close to any design people bitch that we are "Ripping off the artist".
Just can't win sometimes.

Yeah...but the only sure way to lose is to try to please everybody. I have a hard time understanding what the appeal of mecha designs is anyway. I mean, they can't carry as much fire power as a tank, they would break down a lot more often than regular armor and they wouldn't be that much more maneuverable over uneven ground than a heavy tank. So unless you're fighting on the steppes of Asia, what's the point? I think robot tanks and armored suits like the buffalo are much more reasonable. And they're different. Just my 0.02$. Chris

I think it would be pretty easy to do something based on these designs that wouldnt be ripping off anyone. I wold gladly do it but i can't sculpt that small. Seriously I think this could be done. I wouldn't post this if I weren't serious.

I think the appeal of mecha designs, certainly for me is that they look a lot more interesting than your general tank. Also I liked the idea that DP9 did with Heavy Gear. Yes the gears were lighter than tanks and not as heavily armoured, but they could suited that climate for combat (as you said fighting on the steppes of Asia). The tank was still king, just gears at the time were more versatile. Can easily pick up weapons etc.
And they look cool.
Was a bit of a shame that we won't be seeing mecha in the game, as I do like my pulpy WWII mecha.

You know one day we are going to release a Zombie piloted Mech and it will be so broke in the game it will make all that oppose it cry in fear. It will be the "One Zombie Mech to rule them all".

Canadians... because nobody really knows what they're up to up there. So will that be for the NAT book (North American Theatre), after the French win back France, conquer Europe and realise that Canada was supposed to be French in the first place?

Canadians... because nobody really knows what they're up to up there. Well, now I'm curious. And a little paranoid.
