That link is awesome! I'm going to try tissue paper next time over the flash. The lightbox used for the legos is almost $250?! I paid $44.50 for mine... is it just the quality of the lights?

Oh, one tip I learned the hard way. Always write down the settings on your digital camera the instant you get a good result. I did a batch that turned out FAR better than anything I'd ever photographed before, but neglected to record the settings and I can never now replicate whatever magic I did that time

Try checking the file details, the camera settings might have been saved in there. Hopefully.
Just tried it on a photo my Mum took recently and it worked!
If you're using Windows, right-click on the file and choose Properties. Next click the Summary tab then Advanced and you should find the details there.
