LEGO works really well with AE Bounty - I wanted to show it to one of my friends so we played it with the Star Wars LEGO figs I had just bought BTW I have given up trying to get my girls to play LEGO with me and have just begun to buy it for my self anyway hehe

I like it. I've been wanting to do something like this for ages; now I have the impetus (and the kids...)!

BTW, you should have started picking up Legos before your kid was born. It works sort of like a savings account for college, and at the prices Legos can go for, it's not that much different than saving for college. I'd swing by the local Target or Toys R Us every once in a while and check the endcaps for marked down Lego and Megablocks kits, usually between 30-50% off. Right after Christmas is the best time to snag them. By the time your kid is old enough to play with Legos you have a massive collection already accumulated. Granted it will be a mish-mash of stuff, but in the end....it's all going to end up in one big box of bricks mixed together anyways. I ended up with girl instead, but that didn't phase her as she's done quite well using all the Star Wars, Harry Potter, UFO, Dragons, Pirates of the Carribean and such parts anyways. I came home one day and CdtKiley had just finished watching How to Train Your Dragon with her friends. The three girls went to the play room and built a castle and started forming up armies to fend off several Mega Blocks dragons.

Another one to snag up while the iron is hot is Mega Blok's Iron Man 2 and Halo series. The IM2 stuff is running it's course and has been hitting the discount aisles, while the Halo stuff appears to be a long runner with more releases on the way. Mega Bloks sells Halo mini-fig packs which would be ideal for Bounty.

That looks awesome, for some reason LEGO don't sell space police in Denmark. Guess I well grab some from amazon.

I notice that some of the figs have different gear. I thought members of the same unit had to have the same gear?

In one of the threads it was decided that they didn't have to all have the same gear.
For me, that leads to the question, what about race, then?
Although, I don't want to track those differences, I build all my lists with the same race and gear/weapons to keep things simple.
Guess I should ask the others what they think about it before saying "that's the right way" or "That's not right."

I thought you can mix weapons with units that have the random gear trait. He's running Pirates, and a lot of them have random gear.

I'm pretty sure it was ruled the other way, that all models have to have the same kit as well as race?

Still need to find this. In fact, I think Rob even posted in the thread I'm looking for.
