Over the next few days we will be posting some fluff so everyone has a better understanding of how and why we are developing the look of the different forces.

Here is some German fluff from the yahoo group.
Dr Langweiler had been working on project X for many years before the first war had ended .With the start of the war that would end all wars the Commander was pushing for completion of the project. But the Dr needed more time the first batch was done but they were still far from being the "Uber" solider that the commander was looking for. In order for the commander to get the solider he was looking for Dr Langweiler feared that he would have to sacrifice their humanity or what little they had left in their cold ruthless bodies. His tests were changing the men if you could even call them that anymore. With all of the chemicals that he was pumping into them. The first signs the he noticed was the loss of all bodily hair. The next visible change was their skin was becoming pale almost corpse like and veins were becoming more apparent. It was almost as if the bodies were offering themselves to be injected with more chemicals , almost thirsting for it..................

And an American point of view..
...Sarge shuffled through the line and told us to be ready. They'd be on us any minute. I smacked my gloved hands against my thighs to try to get some feeling into them and positioned my rifle against what remained of the brick wall we were using as a makeshift bunker. All around I could see the rest of our guys getting their equipment ready but I couldn't hear anything over the blood rush in my ears. Then I saw them. Through the soft snowfall and fog I could see them, hunched over and moving slow. I couldn't tell you how many there were as they all seemed to blend together into one large mass. Their uniforms were so dark I couldn't make out any detail other than the sickly green glow of their lenses. Big round lenses that almost seemed to burn away the fog in front of them as they moved. We had been told about the otherworldy look of the Germans, but I wasn't prepared for what I saw before me. They didn't look human. And, somehow, that made them easier to shoot. But not easier to kill....
Excerpt from journal entry of Pvt. Stephen M. James dated December 19th 1944

Okay German zombie troops huh. When I first read about the ubersoldier I was more thinking of something in the lines of the 40k Space Marine and then more Nazi of course, this big tall blonde hero looking guy (imagine Arnold Schwarzenegger with blonde hair) who go around killing the enemy.

Think more Dirz from Confrontation not Zombies. The zombie thing has been done to death.

it was an ubersoldat= super soldier.it wasnt gigantic, about 2m tall. they had some robotic bits and were armed with tesla coils (american troops are having these so i dont see why germans can't have them), panzerfausts or chainguns.

Dude. First of all, we're only dealing with kinetic-energy based weapons at this time. Second, Germans couldn't have Tesla guns because Nikola Tesla lived in AMERICA, not Germany.

Well depending on how far the timeline would move the Germans could have some spy action and steal the technology, or taken it from fallen American Troops. But I agree that for now we should just keep those tesla weapons for the Americans

then the supersoldiers can be armed with a chaingun (i think that suits them) they could also have flamethrowers, misssle launchers etc.

Cool, but I suggest that you work a little bit on punctuation and spelling, sometimes its a little bit difficult to understand things. (this is a suggestion, not meant offensive so please dont take this as an offense)

Still, neither do I, but punctuality has become like an automatism to me in a way. I dont want to sound like a smart ass or anything, but punctuality is quite important since sometimes it can make a piece of work very hard to read.
