Robert can best let everyone know when it's coming out and he's out this week. We have all the rules ready I think they're just 'prettying it up' before posting. I'll let him answer better when he gets a chance.

We are out at the Alliance & ACD Games Days and will be back in the office on Monday. The next OTW is about 38 pages long so it is going to take a few days to make sure it is up to snuff. It should be released around the middle of the month.
Cheers, Robert

That could be quite cool, even just for including supersoldier type heroes etc in the game.

I am over joyed at the post... but I have a few questions about it... What is the Unliving ability? or the Immortal ability? Does Ghostly Grasp do anything? Do we get to see any of the stats for any of these figs before the book is out? I would love to proxy a game or two with a bit of occult wars added in...

Excellent questions, Herrgeist! The GenCon stuff obviously took advantage of the upcoming occult rules, so there are a few in there for the Pulp City stuff that will confuse folks. Here are some teasers from the occult book:
- Immortal: Though they may be felled in combat, many supernatural beings are later found to have recovered from even the most devastating wounds. Such creatures are immortal and essentially unkillable. Immortal models are not counted as casualties for any purposes (including attrition rates, secondary objectives, etc).
- Unliving: Whether supernatural beings or walking automatons, many soldiers seen on the battlefields of the world are not human and cannot be considered living things. Models with this ability are not considered living for the purposes of certain special rules and/or abilities.
Ghostly Grasp is merely a melee attack, kinda like the 'claws' for some of the other close-combat-only units.
I'll talk with Robert about giving out a single unit's stats as a teaser and we'll see.

I quite like the new Over the Wire, I might even be tempted to try it without the pulp city heroes, as in come up with some new heroes that have kinda similar ideas, and change the names about.
