Post your fully painted Detachments here. Also feel free to include your list so people can see what type of Detachment it is.
Cheers, Robert

Here are the two main lists I intend to field. The first is a standard British para force, the second has all my occult forces so far painted, hopefully phasing out the paras with more Counter Cultists and a Golem to make a full MoAA force. Both are Veteran detatchments. Elite-MoAA Agent with Book of Secrets, Rod of Might and Pendant of Warding. Veteran-Counter Cultists. Veteran-Druid with Summon Green Man. Regular upgraded to Veteran-Sniper. Regular-Sniper. Regular-British Airborne. Regular-Sacrificed for Sniper upgrade. Elite-SoE Agent (OSS). Veteran-Sniper. Veteran-Sniper. Regular-Brit Airborne with Bren gun. Regular-Brit Airborne. Regular-Brit Airborne. Regular-Brit Support with Vicker Machine Gun. The second detatchment is my favourite visually as it hangs together better as a coherent force, but the first, with the occult wibblies, is much more fun. I hope to follow up with some vehicle detatchments photos. I have a bike, troop carrier and small tank ready to roll and a 'counts as' golem which is a statue of King Arthur animated by the protective Spirit of Albion.

First up is a German experimental. This is an interesting detachment to me because there is no one with command so it is very all or nothing. Either it will do amazing or it will fall apart once it starts taking drive loss. To mitigate this, it is built to suppress the enemy while the close range abominations move into contact with the enemy. I also came to the realization that there is no real reason to make a sniper a veteran unless he has an StG 44. If they have a 1:2 weapon, the extra 3" move isn't a big deal and if they were going to move further than that, may as well run. This way the vet slot is freed up for units that can fire with only one AP. I also like the idea of a single Wehrmacht sniper surrounded by monsters and mad men. His best friend is the Rohlingsoldat. Oh the hijinks. It could defiantly be a sitcom. Added bonus: all Darkson minis! E- SD Agent V- Rohlingsoldat R- Sniper (assassin, WA 46) R- Feuersoldaten R- Storm Ape G- Emaciated Troopers G- Emaciated Troopers Special Order: Surrender The next is my American infantry with the two BAR's that I have been going on and on about. E- OSS Agent (One Man Army) V- Airborne Officer R- Airborne Mortar R- Airborne Team (BAR, M1 Garand) R- Airborne Team (BAR, M1 Garand) G- GI Bazooka Team G- GI's G- GI's Special Orders: Sand Bags, Stand Your Ground This is a pretty risky detachment, too. The idea is that between the sand bags, the officer, and Stand Your Ground, I won't have too many issues with drive. The OSS Agent is actually the Sgt. Graves model, I am just using his stats and abilities to represent a bad-ass soldier picking up a machine gun and going off to set up a one man ambush. This is a very diverse group, manufacture-wise. The majority are Darkson, but the second Airborne team is Artizan and the Bazooka team is Crusader.

My German Veteran is my favorite, most-newbie friendly, detachment. When I teach the game I tend to let my opponent run this as it's fun and well-balanced between long range and close combat attacks. The only problem with it is a lack of command skill. This usually isn't a problem when I teach the game, as my troops always start routing first . It also doesn't require a lot of finesse - the Sniper and Rohlingsoldat shoot from far away, while the dogs and ape charge in. E - Mad Scientist V - Rohlingsoldat V - Sniper (Assassin, WA 46) R - Storm Ape R - Volkssturm Group Leader R - Wehrmacht (Stg-44s) R - Krieghund (Stg-44) My American Command detachment is currently my favorite, and what I would run if I were to play in a tournament. I started with the command detachment in OTW 11 and tweaked it a bit for my style. Aside from the OSS agent, the entire detachment tries to not engage the enemy and keep at long range to let the mortar and M-20 do their work. Making the officer a technician and adding the robots really helps keep enemies away. I love making my OSS agent an Eccentric Millionaire...the pistols really need the improvement. The Captain America figure is a converted Heroscape figure, and the M-20 is from Tamiya. E - OSS Agent (Captain America) (Eccentric Millionaire) V - Airborne Officer (Technician) V - Airborne (BAR and Carbine) R - Airborne Mortar Team R - (Sacrificed to upgrade to M-20) G - Robot Troopers (brought by Technician officer) M-20 Scout Car

Great Job!!! Man. Love Captain with the Americans. Plus the red white and blue on the shoulders of the Robot Troopers. You going to add a red skull to some germans?

That British detachment is as beautiful as ever muddypaw! And I'm loving the inclusion of 'super-heroes' in yours lawndart. Certainly adds a lot of character... just need to find myself a nazi/Indian superhero and I'm set! ;D

They are primarily from the BAM and Artizan Designs miniatures ranges (I can't identify the Green Woman though).
