There have been several posts in the past three months on the subject of supremes in AE-WWII.
Let us know what you think.
You can pick up to two options in the above poll. Please add any other comments you have to this thread.

I voted for Just for fun and Official Rules both. While I like the idea of having official rules in OTW, I really don't want supers to be "officially" in the game. I will agree that they add flavor to regular games, and most of us grew up with Captain America comics, so there is a certain nostalgia.

Why would you want a group of motown women singers from the 60's on a world war 2 battlefield? Dude. Not right.

Meh - the supremes never really interested me. I like lower power heroes anyways, with Hellboy (in the first 3 or 4 books) topping out my power curve.

I think Hellboy, Cap, and the like are ok in a campain, I dont think they should be common place, after all they dont fight every battle. I would maybe like official rules on some of these guys. Or maybe a super detachment. I would love to add a few crazy things every once and a while.

I think if Pulp City gets round to its Golden Age, then a purely optional add-on for both games (AE-WW II and Pulp City) allowing mixing of the ranges would be really nice, as long as it is clear it only as an alternative, and not a core part of either game.
Pulp City can to a degree probably model a few of the AE-WWII mini options as Minions using their Minion creation rules.

I am in favor of including supremes more heavily in AE, but I would use them as "alternate rules," where one could decide to play a game "with supremes" or without. One player shouldn't be expecting to play against a "regular" detachment and then all of a sudden come across the Incredible Hulk or something.

I agree with that. It's more for fun than for competitions... "official" rules in the sense that we have the rules and can use them if we choose to.

I agree that they should be special and would have to be agreed upon before hand. I like AE as more of a 'realistic' alternate WWII game, more so than Secrets of the Third Reich. I like how a guy with a rifle is still a threat, even with a bunch of werewolves and such running around. Making supremes more common would take away from this. But as a special campaign or goofy scenario, yeah, I'm all for it.
