Question regarding "gremlins" spell

Hi there,

The wording for the gremlins spell from the Kreighexe bothers me. The beginning of the spell description says targetted unit, later it describes the effects on the model.

If I target a unit of rocket troopers, is the unit unable to move? or just one trooper in the unit?

Similarly, if the Kreighexen targets a Jeep, does the Jeep itself get affected (and not the crew) or does the whole unit get affected?

Gabus and I played this out as the targeted Jeep was affected, so it couldn't move (and if it had a .50 cal MG, wouldn't be able to fire it either), but the crew could still fire their carbines as it was an open topped vehicle.
