Hi, while playing a free online gladiator game an idea struck me: Space Arena Scifi Deathmatches ;D Some questions: Would it be possible to integrate arena deathmatches as an income possibility for the gangs ? Are there enough close combat weapons and skills to simulate different gladiator types or skills ? Comments and ideas welcome I think I'm going to build a "thunderdome" for the battles and convert some roman gladiator miniatures with laser weapons (laser tridents) ;D

It's a scifi staple! Of course it belongs in the backwater systems of the Bounty-verse.
Rule #1: always bet on the Arges.

I watched some multi-player games of Heroclix last weekend that could translate well into Bounty. Each player controlled one character, with the games played as all-on-all deathmatches. You would need to bump things up to a two man Crew/player for Bounty, but it should be good.

Well, the official sport is called Rampage and its hosted in the Rampage league dome on Perth in the San Jacinto compact. That's for the guys that don't like to take their chances with Flugtag. Some people just don't want to skydive without a parachute.
Rampage is typically four fighters to one beast in a low gravity environment. But there are some unsanctioned sentient vs. sentient fights to the death in the pits of Sligo just off of Regan's Down. The dolorous miners love to bet and they love an underdog fighter. Of course there are also similar fights in the less developed parts of the galaxy.
More to come soon. But, in short, yes, there will be a scenario for this in the future. And yes, there will be a Rampage scenario when the AE-Bounty beast rules are released.
Feel free to post ideas about what you'd like to see though. And any pictures from scenarios you make up!
Cheers,
Chris

That alone is gold. We need an AE Bounty wiki to keep track of all the places and official info, like Mr Itisky's slaving.

Yes Mr Itisky is a very bad man! Somehow i feel there is the start of a campaign involving the hunting down of the ever elusive nemesis of the Galaxy that is Mr Itisky! Duncan

Indeed. Zedarii crews with their Slaveborgs are nasty business. You sure this Itisky wants to throw in with that scum? But more on that later this year

The more I find out about Mr Itisky the more I fear the man. He seems to be the man behind numerous notorious crimes and the money trail indicates he may be backing some of the worst and most violent crews in the galaxy. Not a man to be taken lightly! Duncan

That quote just made my day a little bit brighter Great to hear, that you have great future plans with AE-BH. I will build my Thunderdome and post pictures, after I finished my exams and all that stuff.
