Noticed a couple of errors in the Basra: 1946 book:
Page 58 - High Density Rounds: German interests in ? have given...
What were the interests?
Page 72 - Panzer V Panther Ausf. G - Armament should be a 75mm/L70 and not a 75mm/L48.
I would even stat the 75mm/L70 at 8 + 2d6...
This is a pretty solid and interesting addition to the AE:WWII library. Looking forward to whatever comes next - nice work!

I've noticed a couple others while reading it again (one would think that after having read the entire text 2-3 times for editing you wouldn't want to read it anymore)...just goes to show that no matter how many times you read through the damn thing, things slip through. Regardless, based on some of the other gaming texts I've read lately, I feel the overall production on this was pretty tight, especially given the time-line.
My favorite left-over error so far: it currently states twice that a Veteran Section Q Agent gives you 1x Babbage unit. One instance should be deleted and be replaced with language to the effect of 'an Elite Section q Agent gives you 2x Babbage units."

I was looking at Basra last night, and was wondering about the NKVD Psionic Disrupter Cannon, specifically the RoF of 1:3. Given that tank crews have a Regular training level (2 AP), is the way to fire this weapon by having the gunner and loader pool their AP?
Another observation/question: the Tank Mechanic specifies "A vehicle with a tank mechanic as passenger has a +1 bonus to all repair checks." Does this bonus only apply to a Tank Mechanic in the passenger compartment (which only two tanks, both American, have room for), or is it sufficient to having him Piggy-Backing? Also, wouldn't it make sense for this bonus to apply as long as the Tank Mechanic was base to base with the tank in question?

Hi, Some answers to your questions below. I was looking at Basra last night, and was wondering about the NKVD Psionic Disrupter Cannon, specifically the RoF of 1:3. Given that tank crews have a Regular training level (2 AP), is the way to fire this weapon by having the gunner and loader pool their AP? Yes. It's explained in the rules for the "Linked Crew" trait on page 59. Any member of an NKVD tank crew in a tank that has been upgraded to have a weapon with the mental trait may spend AP to reload the weapon. Yes, it applies when the mechanic is piggy-backing too, he's still a passenger then. I'll ask the rest of the crew about the base-to-base issue. We'll get back to you soon. Thanks for asking those questions! It really helps us to see if what we wrote makes sense. Cheers, Chris

Going through the Basra expansion I can't seem to find the stats of the British SMLE Mk III* anywhere, the rifle for the Arab Legion troopers. Have I missed it somewhere? If not, am I correct to assume then, that it is supposed to have the same stats as the Rifle No. 4 from OTW-9?

This was from another topic on the Arab Legion
The SMLE Mk III* is the actual designation for this rifle. Its stats are below:
SMLE Mk III* Range: 26" Strength: 4+d6 ROF: 1:2
We will most likely be reprinting the Arab Legion in an upcoming book devoted solely to the British Empire, so things like the missing Command abilities will be resolved then.
