I picked up some Starship Bendy Walls from Dark Platypus at Gen Con this summer. You get a bunch of pewter wall panels that link together with hinges (you can also buy a kit that fits magnets to the bottom to they adhere to sheet metal or a magnetic mat, which they also sell). The nice thing is that you get a lot of wall sections and can make a few rooms and corridors real quick. And it all packs up into a small box. Perfect for if you want to play Bounty on the go and don't have room to haul a ton of terrain around with you.
