While reviewing the Basra 1946 book I noticed something last night that didn't seem right.
A model in a fox-hole has +3 A and must spend 1 AP moving out of the fox-hole before any charges or sprint actions can be declared. The armor bonus from the fox-hole does not stack with other bonuses from cover.
Since a Charge or Sprint requires all of a model's AP to perform, then they can't spend 1 AP getting out of the foxhole (unless this is a special feature of the Nickforce Veteran, however what would be the point of spending 1 AP then).

I believe the intention was you need to move out of the Fox Hole and the next true you could charge or sprint.

Therefore, a model in a foxhole may not charge or sprint out of the foxhole in the same activation.

Yep.
Chris or Clint can chime in if they want to add anything.

Nothing to add. You guys got it covered. The guy in the hole can't get out as easy as others. But the real bonus is that in desert fighting, cover is precious, the Nickforce vet always has an option to bring some with him. It's a big advantage in the Basra scenarios.
