I'm more of a lurker than a poster, so I apologize if I've posted this in the wrong forum.
Someone in another thread mentioned that, according to the new movie, Indiana Jones was an OSS Colonel during WWII. So, in AE-WWII he would likely be on OSS Hero Archaeologist, replacing one of his pistols with a whip.
My question is, how would his whip work? Would it disarm an opponent by denying his close combat attack or reducing his CC attribute? Would it make crossing difficult terrain easier? I'm not terribly familiar with the rules, having just received them a few days ago. I've also just flipped through the Pulp City rules, and I think I'm jumbling the two quite a bit. I'm not really sure what would suitably replace the second pistol without unbalancing the OSS rules. Any thoughts?

Welcome faulkopf! This is definitely the right place! Yeah, according to the movie, he was a Colonel and worked for the OSS.
For a whip, you could say that he's allowed to make CC attacks from an inch or two away and the opponent isn't allowed to attack back. Alternatively, he could disarm opponents, but that gets a little complicated tracking who has a weapon and who doesn't. Not sure about crossing difficult terrain, but you could say he can span gaps, etc without a problem.
Lots of possibilities, so just run with whatever sounds good to you. Please be sure to post them here so we all know what you've tried.

With the whip how about you just add a bonus to his CC score for the first round.
