Sure there is! A large campaign is going on in the middle east, so a desert table would be entirely appropriate for an AEWWII game. A desert table could also be used to play out some of the early-war North African battles. (BTW: If you want to post pics of your table: Take the pictures with your digital camera, upload them to your PC, then go to photobucket.com or a similar image hosting site, and register for a free account. Now you can upload pictures to your account from your computer. Each picture you upload will have an IMG code, which you can copy-paste into your posts on the forum, and voila! You got your pictures posted!)

TinyPic, which is oddly owned by Photobucket, allows you to upload photos without an account. So if you just want them posted somewhere its a better option tinypic.com/If you want to build an online album of photos I'd actually suggest Flickr instead. Less nasty ads www.flickr.com/

cool thanks, any ideas how to post pics would be appreaciated Scale them before you post them. If you don't own an image editor then download a copy of Picassa from Google. It not only lets you organize your photos but has some basic image editing tools and an export option that allows you to scale the photos. I'd recommend not posting anything wider than 600 pixels to make sure that it is viewable by as many people.

Nice table, could work well as anatolian hill country. The buildings are more like WH40K than WW2, but the czech hedgehogs (tank traps) and the oil barrels should work well enough. The ruins can probably be used too, representing ancient byzantine buildings.

the terrain could also serve in the southern Russian front in the foothills or in the Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia regions...
i don't have a problem with any of the "technical" terrain, since with the alternative settings it is conceivable...besides that, scaffolding is easy to make, so it could work for now while other terrain is in the construction phase...

I did notice the Urban War minis there...
about half of the terrain that we use here is the Necromunda cardboard buildings while we are building more of a WW2 themed buildings...
