Awesome! Since there is room to squash it in on the stats line, why not add a Handling field on the bottom two cards for optional vehicles?

I can create a separate vehicle sheet if you'd like. This way you could put down information for the vehicle and its crew. It'll probably be two half-sheets.

Sounds cool- maybe make the faction sheet .pdf a 2-pager, with another four regular boxes and then two vehicle ones for the second page?
As an infantry detachment could have 8 units (or even 9 if you had a 'bonus' unit from a character!), or you could put your crew on the second page along with the vehicles (which you can have max two of, correct me if I am wrong.)

I question to you guys. Do you really write down the composition of a unit? The way I see it, composition is pretty much set. There aren't really any units where you can change how many models are in the unit. The main thing that changes is the weaponry/equipment. Any extra options could be put in the Ability/Options/Notes section.
If I can get rid of the composition box, I can probably fit 8 units on 1 sheet comfortably.
Likewise, the unit Type box probably isn't needed.

Those things, if you want to note them, are easily placed in the unit notes anyway. Only thing i know (at the moment) that changes compisition is the hero types 'gulag' and 'film star' (or whatever they are called) that add attached models to a hero.

Here's the updated sheet that fits 8 units. I also went ahead and added a handling stat to the bottom two units on the sheet. However, I haven't tested this sheet with actual use yet so let me know if you guys want changes. www.rollingarmadillo.com/aeww2/aewwii-detachmentsheetv2.pdfWork continues on the tokens. I'm coming up with icons for each status effect so that I can keep the tokens small. I'm also trying to get some tokens to be double sided (when assembled properly). For things like keeping track of which units have activated, it can be tedious to constantly reach back and forth from the token pile to each unit as you finish activations. So with a double sided activation token, you can just leave the token with the miniature, with one side representing a fresh unit, and the other side representing one that has already activated. As you activate units or finish turns, you just flip them over as needed. Other tokens like drive will have one side being -1 drive, with the other being -2 drive. I may make a -3 drive token with the other side being the route indicator. This cuts down on the amount of tokens on the field. Also, did you guys want some quick templates too? It'll be just black lines, but you can take it to a print shop, have them print it on a thick transparency (aka overhead projector sheets) then laminate it to make it rigid. So far the only templates I know of are the TEG template, then everything else seems to use a 8"x1" template. Of course, I've only looked at the US and German units. Oh, and if the Darkson crew wants to use these, I give express permission for him to host, distribute, print, reprint, and publish these files. edit: And since I'm a perfectionist, here's another revision to help make things more readable. I added a slight tint to every other unit stat block. www.rollingarmadillo.com/aeww2/aewwii-detachmentsheetv2b.pdf

Thanks a heap! These look very functional, I'll give them a try next week. Templates sound good, might be able to add a sort of dot-pattern weapon effect print in the middle so that it has something that looks cool on it, but is still transparent. Have a look at the linked image, its photoshop filter Sketch>Halftone Pattern There are also the various blast templates, 1/2", 1 1/2"

Er, I just added another slight revision, version 2b just as you posted that. I edited my previous post above.

Should be fixed now. I'll try whipping up something for templates in photoshop with the half-tones. A generic 1/2" to 1 1/2" radius template, 1 8"x1" template, and a combination template for the TEG.

Very nice, good work. I look forward to seeing the templates/ tokens. The Litko Systems ones are very nice, but also very expensive.

Yeah, hella expensive. Especially for us over-seasies.

The litko tokens are really worth it though (they are also usefully generic so I use them for epic as well!)- but the templates are too pricey for us
