The war does drive our troops crazy. Turn yourself over to your NCO for help. I think they will send you home for this.

Was it the emaciated trooper with drumsticks for hands? Oh, and I am an NCO, so yeah...

Was it the emaciated trooper with drumsticks for hands? That's what tipped me off.

So is this going to be a weekly comic than? If so I may have. To talk to our web person to get it on the site.

I have considered doing it bi-weekly if you guys like it. I have a few other ideas kicking around the ol' noggin, I just don't want to use them all up too quickly. Lets shoot for a every other Sunday type schedule. Oh, and I did consider a really bad German accent for them, but it slipped my mind as I was tying it. It may help if you just read all the W's so they make V sounds.

I've decided to try and do it as a weekly thing updating on sundays until such a time that I no longer have any viable ideas. Look for an update in a few hours, I just need to finish inking it and editing it on my computer. On a side note, if anyone has Photoshop skills and wants to, feel free to clean it up/ color it and post the results. I am working with MS Paint and a sketch book here. I don't even have a proper scanner, I just take pictures with my digital camera.

That is just awesome!
Pretty timely too since I played my first game last night as the Russians, with chumans.

If you want to work with something a little more powerful than MSPaint, you could try out GIMP. It's a free version of Photoshop, and fairly easy to use.

If you are running a fairly modern PC then you can check out Paint.Net paint.net/Its a reworking of Paint for PCs. GIMP is free but its not a free version of Photoshop. Not in any sense. As someone who spent more than a decade working with Photoshop professionally I can categorically state that it isn't. GIMP is a usability nightmare and should be avoided like the plague Do a google search for free PC imaging tools if you want but if you need something free then Paint.net should fit the bill.
