So, in the spirit of motivating more guys at legions to play AEWWII, and to get John some non-married opponents that don't turn into pumpkins at 10 PM on a week night, how about a campaign?
What would you guys like to do?
We could follow one from the basic book, or one of the scenarios from past Gencon's...or we could build on the FOW craze in the store and do some combined scenarios?
Then again, I've been itching to try something truly weird, like dinosaurs in south america around a secret nazi base.
What about you guys? John? Chuck? Let me know.

I would definitely be intersetd in a campaign of some sort. South America - Yes! ;D Nazi Base- Check! ;D Dinosaurs - what?!?! Reminder to self: bring tanks for dino busting. Also - Need bigger guns. I know John is waiting patiently (sort of) for the Occult book. On an off topic - sort of - I will be at Legions this coming Sunday at 1:30 and should be good until 5:30 for playing. Does that work for either of you guys?

South America - Yes! ;D Nazi Base- Check! ;D Dinosaurs - what?!?! I will check with my family, but that seems like it might work. And yes, Dinosaurs! Jeff Valent Studios and a couple other guys have dino models for raptors and such that I've been trying to find an excuse to buy and paint. And a tyrannosaurus. Right now, I'm thinking a dino should have some decent stats, be terrifying, and try to attack anything that uses a sprint or charge action (that way we can sneak around and not attract their attention, or we can run and take the risk). The bits of South America nazi lore from Hellboy have me curious about what those guys would be doing down there. But as long as it involves, dino's somehow, I'm happy.

Dinos sound like some Lost Valley setup
Right now I dont know what I will be doing Sunday - as my second job has scheduling issues (or they just dont have anyone who can schedule) I'll try to keep you posted.
A Campaign is interesting but I really am pretty much waiting for the Occult book before I do too much more for AE - even my Russians are sitting aside.

So, I could see a campaign starting at least. I know you're waiting on Occult John, but the examples in the book were only 4 games or so. I also kinda remember that you wanted to try the scenarios as well. I'm up for anything. I really like the game, will really like the occult expansion (from what I've seen already) and just want to try and play more.
On that note, are there particular days that work for you guys more than others? john, I know you like GASP days since you are a member, and Chris I though tyou preferred Hellfire nights due to the store being open later. Have I got that much right?
As for dino, why not? They are part of the pulp/AE feel. That and a bunch of chumans trying to gang up on a dino just seems funny to me. If you show up Sunday, we can start hashing some rules.

I have some family things to attend to in the afternoon that will prevent me from staying much past 1:30. Let me know. Chris

I really can't make it that early Chris. Family things prevent me from showing earlier.
Maybe try next Friday? It's a late night with Hellfire again.
What about you John, any news on work?

Normally sundays are fine as long as I get done before 5-6 as my girl works in the mornings - but of course just when I say this she gets one off. So Im out for Sunday.
Well the main reason Im for AE on a GASP day is potential exposure, as there are alot of gamers and I can prime the pump so to speak by posting on the forums to try and get people curious. However June is still not the best month as all three of my gaming time slots are still full, though the RPG campaign Im running should be finishing in a buckets of blood fashion - Dark Heresy is fun like that.
