Morning everyone,
so I got my Core Rule book on Tuesday and today we are going to play 'The Rockets of ST. Michelle' Campaign that is nestled inside. Due to there being an odd number of players, we decided to modify the campaign slightly after taking a look at the options.
Player 1 is using 2 Detachments from the American Forces. Player 2 is using 2 Detachment from the Soviet Forces.
I am playing 4 Detachments from the German Forces. I wanted an overall theme for the Germans. With the Germans defending a rocket launch site, the Support Squad sounded like alot of fun.
I give you 19. Schwere Waffengesellschaft, 19th Heavy Weapon Company.
1. Zug, (1st Platoon), Command Detachment
E: SD Agent
V: German Officer
R: Wehrmacht Sniper Assassin x2
R: SdKfz 250/3 Light Armored Car
*1 Veteran Slot exchanged for upgrade on Light Command Vehicle for a Medium Command Vehicle*
2. Zug (2nd Platoon), Support Detachment
E: SD Agent Archeologist
V: German Officer
R: Wehrmacht Sniper Marksman
R: Wehrmacht Heavy Weapons Team x2
G: Volkssturm
*1 Green Slot exchanged for 1 extra Hero*
3. Zug, (3rd Platoon), Infantry Detachment
E: German Officer Assassin
V: German Officer
R: Wehrmacht
R: Wehrmacht Heavy Weapon Team
R: Volkssturm Group Leader
G: Volkssturm x2
*exchanged 1 Green Slot to upgrade 1 Veteran to Elite*
4. Zug, (4th Platoon), Reconnaissance Detachment
V: German Officer
V: Wehrmacht Sniper War Hero
R: Krieghund
R: Wehrmacht x2
R: Kubelwagen Medium Scout Vehicle
G: Volkssturm Heavy Weapon Team
*1 Green Slot was exchanged to upgrade 1 Regular to Veteran*
4 Heavy Weapons Teams
4 Snipers
5 German Officers
and enough Infantry to plug any holes... hopefully
now we do know that this campaign will take awhile to play out with so many Detachments but we have all day today and tommarrow
I will be posting how well this works out... hopefully
