Here are the two main lists I intend to field. The first is a standard British para force, the second has all my occult forces so far painted, hopefully phasing out the paras with more Counter Cultists and a Golem to make a full MoAA force. Both are Veteran detatchments. Still not sure how to allocate Hero options or vehicles yet, tricky to get my head around. I will post pics of all my force sometime soon including the vehicles, a bike, jeep and universal carrier. I'd love to try out a Command and Recon detatchment sometime soon. Hope you like them. Elite-MoAA Agent with Book of Secrets, Rod of Might and Pendant of Warding. Veteran-Counter Cultists. Veteran-Druid with Summon Green Man. Regular upgraded to Veteran-Sniper. Regular-Sniper. Regular-British Airborne. Regular-Sacrificed for Sniper upgrade. Elite-SoE Agent (OSS). Veteran-Sniper. Veteran-Sniper. Regular-Brit Airborne with Bren gun. Regular-Brit Airborne. Regular-Brit Airborne. Regular-Brit Support with Vicker Machine Gun.

Extremely impressive painting and such a cohesive look! Wowza! Like all the added ghili/leaves too.
Which company made the minis you're using?

Awesome mate! I've painted only one of my brits, making me want to finish them!

That's what I was looking for. Both of your forces look great. how long did it take you to paint each fig? Make sure to post any questions you have about Heros as we have a lot of very good players and rules folks that can help out. We may have to start a gallery for finished detachments.

Cheers!
The minis are mostly Artizan. The cross wielding officer is from Warlord Games.
Hard to say how long the paras took to paint individually as I did them in batches, but the two Counter Cultists and the MoAA Agent each had about 2 hrs for the main brushwork not including bases and prep time and all the little fiddly bits you always find to do after you think a model is finished!
The paras probably a little longer as the denison smock camo was a little time consuming.
As to hero selection, do you find people settle on a few choices every time or are they all pretty equally useful ? I do like the look of Order of Light for the MoAA Agent and Hound Master for the SOE Agent, more as flavourful choices than game winners (though that too would be nice!)
Oh and a stickied thread or forum for peoples painted faction lists would be a great idea. I find completed forces far more inspiring than single models.

Those look amazing as always. I'm always blown away by your work. A dedicated full painted detachment thread would be cool. It is nice to see how everything looks all together.
