If a regular HW team is reduced to just the man with HW can he reload it one turn and fire it the next?

As long as 2 AP are used to reload the weapon. Remember that individuals attached to the team can also add their AP to efforts to reload the weapon.

Yes.
Try adding a Vet or Elite Hero to the unit when this happens to speed up the reloading process.

I try to but it gets hard when you run out of people to play. I need to fine a good shop that I can hang at and get some games in.

Or you could fly to Orlando in your official game-designer private jet to play. I know all of you guys have those so don't even try to lie.

Back to the topic just for a minute. I took this info to the store and my buddy who plays germans starts asking me some interesting questions about it. He uses a One Man Army Hero with a MG42. He is wondering if someone can stand with this hero and share their AP to help him reload? if so i am going to be in a world of hurt. He is a shooting machine already.

There is nothing in the rules to prevent that, but it seems a little odd that an OMA Hero would invite someone to join him. On page 42 in the core rulebook, it says that individuals can join any squad they want. On page 14 of the occult expansion with the description of the OMA hero, it doesn't say that he gains the solo ability. So your friends hero can join any squad that he wants to join. That being said, your friend might regret his decision to do it! All you have to do is engage the unit the OMA is attached to in close combat. The hero won't be able to leave the unit during CC and if you place your models in CC properly you'll block all line of sight for the OMA to shoot. Dogs and Hellhounds are great for things like this.
