Hi, I'm more or less new to this board, and this seems to be the place to show off your painted figures and such. I'm not a terribly experienced painter, but I hope these turned out okay so far. I paint at a pace that would bore a snail, so I only have a few examples so far: two Tesla-equipped Buffaloes, a BAR team, and my OSS Agent Rocket Hero, aka "The Goddamn Rocketeer". The latter figure is from Pulp Figures, who make a whole line of so-close-but-still-avoiding-copywrite-infringement Rocketeers that I use for my OSS Agent and Rocket troops. The figures look slightly glossy because of the glosscoat and flat that I apply so that they are more durable and their paint does not chip or wear from use: I still have lots of other figures to paint ( oi vey) and even more now that I have a German detachment (double oi vey), on top of my Tumbleweed tank. Which also means I have to hand-paint on four more little American flags for my other Rocketeers...

You have a great start. To speed up painting I do stuff in groups after I have done a test fig. I will paint all 9 of my GIs at the same time and I will be painting all 4 of my Rocket Troopers at the same time. This make painting go faster as you can work on one thing at a time on all of the figs. Skin. Uniforms. Equipment. Basing. That's what I do most of the time anyway. Keep up the painting and get a Detachment into the Hall of Heros. cheers, Robert

Well, it's finally done with. I finished painting my Tumbleweed tank and got to play two games with it the next day. Kudos to the design team, it's a hell of a tank!

I like it. Very accurate as to how most American tanks were painted- straight OD Green. Mine will probably look very similar.

I love the "Unleash the Fury" on the side. Just love it.

I love the "Unleash the Fury" on the side. Just love it. Thanks. I know it's from the old Malmsteen joke, but it's also what I would say when I referred to my Buffalo's tesla attacks: "I'm going to unleash some more fury on these guys over here..." Plus, it marks which side of the tank has the tesla gun and which has the M1919. I think now I have to regloss the other sponsen so I can paint 'My Tank Is Fight!' on it, from this book: www.amazon.com/My-Tank-Fight-Zack-Parsons/dp/0806527587/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1264145001&sr=8-1
