Greetings AE-WWII'ers! I have to be honest, I've never played AE-WWII, I'm not even sure I understand exactly what type of game it is! One thing I do know, however, is that the miniatures are excellent and have inspired me to create a AE-WWII themed Blood Bowl team (for those that don't know, it's like warhammer meets american football). I'm making a Necromantic team, full of zombies, werewolves and golems etc. Just as a disclaimer, I'm not much of a painter and rely on "dipping" to fill in the gaps in my expertise. But for anyone interested, here is the team so far. Grey Zombies Green Zombies Wights (Warmachine Scrap Thralls) and Necromancer Star Zombie and Star Wight Star Werewolf Star Mummy (well, Gorilla in this case!) They aren't finished obviously, still very shiny from the dip and not yet based, but you get the idea. I think the team name speaks for itself! Still to come... Golems from AE-WWII, Ghouls (mad scientists) from Wyrd Miniatures and AE-WWII and Werewolves from Secrets of the Third Reich. Hope you all enjoyed this slight deviation from the usual use of these miniatures! I'll be back once the team is finished ;D

Very cool. I play Blood Bowl when I can find players. I was playing in the West Coast Quake before We moved to Washington. Now I don't get to play as much.

Cheers Darkson! I know I've seen you around a bit on the TalkFantasyFootball forums, that's probably where I first heard of AE-WWII. Time for more photo's! I've now finished the team itself except for the Golems, which I've ordered and am just waiting for them to arrive. Keep in mind this stuff is still super shiny thanks to the dipping, I'll be doing a few dullcoats before they're finished! The Ghouls (Mad Scientist and his Assistant) The Werewolves (well, were dogs!) The one howling at the moon is as close as I could get to one of my own dogs fur colour... the Doberman was going to be painted like the other dog, but he came out looking a bit too much like a cow (he's white with big black spots). So instead I went for more traditional Doberman colours, pretty happy with the end result. And the last two Stars, Count Luthor and J Earlice
