Mike McVey revealed on his blog that they are planning a sci-fi range of minis called Sedition Wars based upon one of their minis already in production, Lt. Kara Black. Here's the link to the TTGN article: www.tabletopgamingnews.com/2010/10/05/39844From there, you can visit McVey's blog and the Sedition Wars website. Their new range might fit in nicely with the Bounty stuff.

Well if the rest of Studio McVey's stuff is like Lt. Kara Black it's more for painting and display then for gaming.
I bought Kara at Gen Con and she's a very nice model (Kev White is one of my favotite sculpters) that comes complete with a very cool and very large base (40mm). It was all molded in resin and this figure was about $20. Furthermore, when I started assembling this figure, I noticed she's not 28mm. She's more like 40mm in scale.

In his blog post, he stated that they will do resin for perfect copies, then high quality metal castings for mass production.

The first in the Sedition range have been released and very nice they look too. I *think* they are a more normal 30mm scale. Well I hope so as I have them ordered! Lovely stuff, looking forward to the rest of the range. studiomcvey.highwire.com/products/vanguard?pagesize=40

I've compared some of the Darkson figures to the likes of WM and Reaper, and it looks like Darkson are closer to true 28mm while the others are more "heroic" in scale.
I want those McVey models so bad...

I've found my Darkson minis fit nicely with Antenociti's workshop's GOT range and some of the infinity figs (and of course the Zombiesmith aliens, who I believe are scuplted by the same scupltor). Not having any Reaper figs I can't say how they fit. Duncan
