This is my first attempt at making a crew and I hope I did this right.
Two Man Crew
Head Taker (Elite)
Human (Hunter X)
Hero: Blooded Warrior
Particle Beam Pistol, Sword, Heavy Armoured Suit
This guy is the leader of the crew. I picked up the Kabuki Models Ikazuchi No Tora to represent my Crew's leader. On paper this guy seems to be a real heavy hitting monster; which is exactly what I want. ;D
Head Taker (Veteran)
Human (Hunter X)
Hero: Pathfinder
Sword, Mono-Wire Weapon (Sword), Cloaking Field
I've got a samurai, so why not a ninja? I'll be using the Infinity Oniwaban model to represent this guy. It’s a gorgeous model with a dynamic pose and a massive level of detail. I was going to use the Assassin Hero upgrade, but it didn't seem all that useful (and this guy doesn’t have a gun) so I went with Pathfinder as it allows the ninja to move about unencumbered by terrain (I was going to take a Gravity Belt for this, but realised I couldn’t take two fields and the Cloaking Field won out).
This dude will use the "Scout" Dirty Trick to deploy forward and launch an alpha strike against dangerous targets. With the CC killing power my tech-ninja can unleash, nothing should survive long. At least that’s the plan.
Gunsel (Veteran)
Human (Hunter X)
LRF Slugthrower, AP Rounds, Light Armoured Suit
Basically some ranged back up. I’ve got the Kabuki Models Bug Hunter from their Pin-Ups series to represent this member of the crew. She doesn’t really fit the “Japanese” theme (well not directly ), but she has other *ahem* assets that make her a must have for me.
Dirty Tricks
Keep Moving
Loot (an Adrenal Booster for the ninja or perhaps a Teleporter for the Blooded Warrior)
Scout (for the Ninja to get in close)
So that’s my first attempt at making a rather elite trio of bounty hunters. I’ll be starting a painting blog here soon enough (still waiting for delivery of one of the models) and can’t wait to start playing some games.
