I also recommend Dragon Forge: service is quick and the product is excellent.

I like Micro Arts Studios bases. Their Old Factory and new trench bases are great for AE-WWII. They're out of Poland, but are available in the US. I think ACD or eMiniatures distribute them. A new one that I've just tried out and really find to be nice bases at very good prices are Secret Weapons. My only gripe with them is that they tend to be tall, particularly the 25mm rounds, I do see the height difference with the 30mm lipped bases thought. They only recently started making 30mm lipped bases, so there's not too many to choose from yet. However their Trench Bases are great! I've also used Dark Age's line of Groundwerks resin base toppers.

I have used both Groundwerks and Micro Art Studios.
No complaints with either company.

I really like the Dragon Forge bases as they are made by a gamer who understands that you need to mount figures on the bases :-)
The Micro Art bases are really, really nice but I sometimes wonder how you are supposed to put a figure on them with all of the additional detail. Bases like their Temple range are incredible though and great to use and paint. I can't ever se being able to use the Old Factory bases though :-)

Another one in support of both Dragon Forge and Fenris Games' bases here; both manufacturers offer good value and excellent service (and for non-US customers DF offers flat-rate shipping which is a great thing).
