It means you can quit when you feel you're ahead with your objectives. Duncan

It has to be done at the start of the round, though, before any of your own models have activated. (I think...)

This is something explained in AE-WW2 and not in AE-Bounty. There is also a problem with move and run rules in Bounty that becomes clear only when you read AE-WW2 (but that's seems due to typo mistake).
