Two questions relating to Vehicle Upgrades.
The original entry for the Tumbleweed (in the Occult expansion) gives it the option of swapping one or both of the side machine-guns for a flamethrower or T.E.G. Basra includes a Vehicle Upgrade to allow ARPA tanks to replace one weapon with a T.E.G., but there is no longer an option listed to mount a flamethrower. Under the current rules, does the Tumbleweed have the option of mounting a flamethrower?
Is there thought of creating more generic vehicle upgrades (such as those on Basra p.56-57), and allowing them to apply to non-tank vehicles? Examples I can think of include allowing the M2 half track to mount .30 machine-guns (as mentioned in the description in the core rules), or a Kettenkrad (OtW 8) to use a trailer.
Just some thoughts. I'll be interested to hear whether such things are in the works.

It would also be nice to have a special order that allowed an M20 to be upgraded to an M8 in the same way a light tank is upgraded to a medium.

This is an interesting idea as well, although I wonder whether it would be balanced to have a cavalry detachment fielding what is effectively a light tank and another vehicle, or a command detachment fielding an (extra-)light tank.

We do have some plans for more vehicle upgrades. The first taster for this will probably be the Bren Carrier in an upcoming OTW.
