The suppression rules talk about suppressing a unit: So if I have a unit of 3 you can suppress the whole unit if you can see just one of them?
Or do you suppress only a model at the time?

The whole unit is suppressed, just like when a whole units Dr drops to 0.

I'm almost certain you suppress the whole unit in "standard" situation.
In this specific situation, I would say that the visible model has to search cover while the other model must "remain" in cover. But here I suppose that they are not visible because hidden behind something.
But we can imagine that the other models of the unit are not visible because they are behind the shooter ! Worse : the only cover is in front of the shooter, is reachable by the model that was shot but not by the other models of the unit. Moreover if they don't move in direction of this cover, they will be cut from cohesion... How to solve this ?

You are probably right, I had just hoped to play up the Phact hive mind and have 2 hidden and one standing out and using the 3 AP to really make live hard on the opponent. But moving out of cover, suppress with -6 and then back in cover again is also fine EDIT: Your concern of a suppressing unit inside a unit between one model and the rest of the model, cant really be something that happens that often

Indeed it should be quite rare ! ;D But I'm sure the day it happens, tension between players will be high and player will forget about fairplay and/or common sense.
