The inundation of questions continues (sorry guys)! The Black Front Avenger and Assassin from OtW 13 both have the abilities Apathetic and Unrepentant. While flavourful, this seems to be contradictory, as Apathetic precludes having the model's drive modified by either the Command ability or other special abilities.
Does Unrepentant overrule this clause of the Apathetic ability, or should Unrepentant be removed from these units?

I've posted this for the other guys to review. We'll get back to you shortly.
All the best,

Question:
The Black Front Avenger and Assassin from OtW 13 both have the abilities Apathetic and Unrepentant. While flavourful, this seems to be contradictory, as Apathetic precludes having the model's drive modified by either the Command ability or other special abilities.
Does Unrepentant overrule this clause of the Apathetic ability, or should Unrepentant be removed from these units? ------------------------------------------------------------------- The rules say...
Unrepentant (OTW #13, Pg. 4) – The agents of the Black Front are driven by hatred and revenge, not by any loyalty to the Allied cause. It is difficult for Allied commanders to make these men obey commands given in the field. It costs a model 2 AP to use Command on a Black Front model.
Apathetic (Core Rulebook, pg. 40): (paraphrasing) Model's drive cannot be modified by special abilities (like command).
Answer:
Yes, Unrepentant overrides Apathetic for the purposes of using command to modify a model's drive when necessary.
