I've searched and not found anything. (I may have not looked hard enough)
Has anyone have any ideas on being able to design your own vehicles for AE. So that we can field certain vehicles wouldn't have to wait for official publication. Or design vehicles that we probably won't see. (such as mecha walkers and the like)

I'm not quite sure I've seen anything fan-made here on the forums.
However, I'd grab Basra and take examples from the tanks and such to fit your vehicles into the system.
We're planning on rules for vehicles at some point in Bounty as well, so if you have any ideas or suggestions, let's hear them. We might like your ideas and ask to use them in game!

The rules for robots, bikes and some vehicles are being reviewed by the crew right now. Bigger vehicles may be tricky to fit into Bounty given the scale of most games.
As with all things in the game, you'll be able to customize your robots and vehicles with gear choices and other options.
I'll talk with the boss and see if he wants some of them to come out with the Zedarii in July.
Cheers,
Chris

Thanks for the replies.
I'll have a look at all the vehicle rules so far and see if I can come up with something

@ Kelvoro Your link doesn't work, however I think you're looking for Gear & Guts which are 28mm version of walking mecha tanks from Gear Krieg by Company B. Well I can't say much just yet but if you ask real nicely.....you might see something in a future OTW..... Of course, the powers that be may think you're a sock monkey agent of mine and take my cup away again.

yep, that's exactly what I was trying to link too. Gear Krieg was the game that got me into "Weird WWII" type games. I nearly flipped when I seen somebody making them in 28mm
