I've been thinking of trying an IJA force (I've got enough TAG infantry models and a ninja I can throw together), and our group has an upcoming game in which we will field a lot of vehicles. Are there any special rules for when a Banzai occurs around vehicles?
1) I assume that if my infantry Banzai's and the nearest enemy is a tank, I can charge into close combat and then make a tank assault?
2) What happens if I have troops in a vehicle when their drive gets to zero? Does the vehicle try and and charge the nearest infantry? Do the passengers jump out and then charge as well?
In any case, my group has been enjoying the campaign rules lately, with double detachments and gaining experience. I've been considering using the IJA in a campaign, but fear that the Banzai rule causes much higher causality rates. Do people see higher attrition rates when playing the IJA? Will there be allowances made in the campaign rules to cover this?

Good questions! We will get back to you on them ASAP. I think it is reasonable to consider higher attrition limits for the IJA though. The Japanese simply did not respond to casualties the same way as the Allies. Now I need to get back to working on the British forces compilation...the new occult units need some tweaking in layout Cheers, Chris
