This might be a mite too close to the German experimentals; what about Chimera?
It goes with all the sick science the Japanese performed in those days, if they feel comfortable hacking limbs off they likely wouldn't mind stiching new ones on: Tiger armed people, people made to look like satyrs, four arms... There's a lot of scope for rules and models. Perhaps a Hero type as well.

That sounds closer to the OORD Prometheans than the SD Abominations, but suitably gruesome all the same.
