Hi Dawgie,
The scale of AE Bounty and AE-WWII is true scale (as opposed to heroic scale) 28mm. But you're free to use whatever miniatures you like. The rules work well with 15mm and with 54mm too.
Feel free to ask whatever questions you have about the games. If one of the crew doesn't get to you some one else usually does fairly soon.
Welcome to the forum!
Cheers,
Chris

Hi Guys, I´m van Beld from Kassel in good old Germany. ;D My first minatures and the core rules book are fall through my hands at my first visit from Battlefield Berlins Shop. I worked a couple of months in Berlin and so i searched for one or two miniatures for painting. The first was the German female NCO, the second the German Greatcoat Officer. I love the Minis! And then came a question from Starship Troopers at my mind:" Do you wan´t to know more?" ;D So i searched and found your Website and the Forum. I hope i have good time here.

Wilkommen, mein Herr! Great to see that our game has infiltrated across into the heart of Europe. I hope you'll enjoy all of the things we're planning to expand the scope of the range (next up are the Japanese, US Marines and Australian Military Forces) and delve more deeply into the history of the war itself.

I can´t wait to see more off your incredible things! The only other WW II games are "Flames of War" or "Operation Overlord" and the scale ( 1/72 ) are not mine. And this Games are to realistic. I like your setting whit a little bit of horror, fantasy and SciFi!

I have Overlord and agree, the scale is a bit off-putting. Still, an interesting concept to get some use out of 1/72nd scale models.
As for the weirdness in AE-WWII, we try to keep a nice balance so that the game still feels like WWII. Alot of weird war settings just can't honestly say that. You can change the history, but you can't do so much to it that it ceases to have any basis in reality.
